When you contact us, request a large-party reservation, join our email list, or submit another form, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred location, event details, and the contents of your message. Please do not place sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Website and device information. Our website and service providers may automatically receive IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, interaction events, cookie identifiers, and similar technical information.
Reservation information. When you follow a reservation link, OpenTable processes the reservation on its platform. Rokka may receive reservation details needed to serve you, while OpenTable handles information under its own privacy notice.

Cookies, analytics, advertising, and consent
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, preferences, measurement, and advertising. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and interactions. Meta Pixel helps measure advertising and website actions. These providers may use identifiers and information about your browser, device, and activity in accordance with their own policies.
WPConsent supports consent choices on the website. Where a consent control is shown, you can use it to manage non-essential technologies. You may also limit cookies through your browser, although some site features may not work as intended.
Service providers and external platforms
We disclose information as reasonably necessary to vendors that help provide the website and related services. These may include Google Analytics, Meta, Mailchimp, OpenTable, UserWay, WPForms, WordPress and Jetpack services, Cloudflare, Sucuri, hosting providers, and consent or security vendors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Where applicable, you may request to opt out as described below or use available consent controls.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any campaign. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. California residents may also have the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and may not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To make a privacy request, use our Contact page and identify the request as a privacy matter. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.
Children’s privacy
The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
Third-party links
Links to OpenTable, maps, social media, and other external services take you to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices and terms apply to your use of those services.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Questions or requests may be submitted through our Contact page or directed to either Rokka location.
